In a development of this scale, the greatest challenge was creating a system-based operation that remains sustainable in the long term.
The simultaneous coordination of intensive use, sports functions, operational requirements, and V.I.P. usage required heightened attention during the planning process. The concept focused on horse comfort, animal welfare, efficient staff workflows, and optimized operation.
Every decision was derived from actual use, operational logic, and the need for future expandability.
As part of the development of a large-scale, multi-building equestrian facility spanning several thousand square meters, we realized the comprehensive concept of a true VIP equestrian complex. The foundation of the project was to ensure that equestrian facility design, construction planning, and execution function as a single, integrated system rather than as separate phases.
Our goal was to create a premium equestrian facility that represents outstanding architectural and technical quality while also delivering long-term investment value. From the very first sketches, the modern equestrian complex was developed according to the principles of custom equestrian design: every decision was derived from actual use, operational requirements, and future expandability.
The development represents a complex equestrian facility construction project in which all functions operate in a coordinated, interdependent manner. The concept includes indoor and enclosed riding arenas, outdoor and indoor show jumping arenas, a stable building with multiple box units, as well as a complete internal circulation and logistics infrastructure. Equestrian interior design throughout the project serves clear spatial organization and the distinct separation of human, horse, and operational functions.
The greatest challenge of a project of this scale is ensuring system-level, sustainable operation. Managing high usage intensity alongside sporting, operational, and VIP requirements demanded special attention. The design process focused on horse comfort, animal welfare, efficient staff workflows, and cost-effective long-term operation.
During stable design, the horse was placed at the center of all decisions: box layouts, natural daylight, ventilation, and daily workflows follow natural rhythms. The equine wellness facility - with integrated horse washing and solarium functions - forms an organic part of everyday use. All material selections were optimized for durability and intensive use. The result is a functionally unified, premium equestrian facility that delivers not only sporting value but also prestige and long-term stability. This VIP equestrian complex is not merely a building, but a consciously designed system.
